It was time to start cutting the wires and making it easier for one company out of the office. With COVID sending people home, many needed to be able to work mobile.
This property management company with 27 workers needed just that. Together we created a way for them to do just so and redesigned their operations in the making. Workers can now go visit their clients and still have access to the same information as they would have if they were in the office.
We accomplished this by moving their data to the cloud using M365. We then started moving their applications to hosted solutions so we eliminated the need for on-prem equipment which can be expensive and difficult to maintain.
A micro-business owner, a one-person portrait photographer, came to us in a panic after his computer failed and he believed all of his work was lost. He had no backups and feared his entire portfolio was gone.
Working together, we were able to fully recover his machine and restore his data. From there, we strengthened his home office setup and implemented a proper backup strategy.
